Stainless Steel, High Alloy & Carbon Steel Pressure Vessel Heads.
For over 30 years, LZR FIT has been forming high quality pressure vessel heads in the stainless steel, high alloy, and carbon steel. In the past couple of years we have more than doubled the size of our facility and the capabilities of our equipment in addition to doubling our work force to increase workflow.
We have bumper presses up to 600T and hydroforming capability to 1000T. Our specially designed 16'x35' hi-def plasma handles allows us to efficiently create our head blanks and allows us to precisely burn holes into the heads after forming. We also offer mechanical and electropolishing as well as rolled cylinders, cones, manways and heat transfer options.
For 2012 LZR FIT has added in-house Computer Radiography (x-ray) capabilities and we revolutionized the quoting process in the pressure vessel head industry by launching the LZR QUICK on-line quoting tool.
